After spending a few too many uninspired, monotonous years in front of a computer, sitting at a desk, I had this "crazy" notion that maybe one day I could find a career that would make me happy, give me purpose, and be sustainable long-term. I found a few things, here and there, that filled the void but didn't feel quite right, until one day a friend wanted to pay me to watch her two new three-month-old puppies. Now, I had grown up with dogs, adopted my own fur baby, Zelda, and watched friends' animals many times but I had never considered that this could be the absolute PERFECT path for my life to take.

I can honestly say that I have an incredibly special bond with dogs - probably because I tend to respect them as if they were humans and love them the same - and I feel that every pup deserves the best care. My goal has never been to start a kennel or walk twenty dogs at once; I want to offer a different experience for dog parents, the kind that I would want for my girl, one where your dog(s) are given personal attention in a way that they would normally experience at home with family.

 

Our services are intended for pet owners who don't just want to leave their dog in safe hands, but for those who specifically want to know their pup will be given love, affection, and attention in the capacity of which he or she is accustomed. By this I mean if your dog is used to a strict walk or play routine that you would like maintained, every effort will be made to adhere to this schedule; if your dog needs any meds or injections at specific times, these will be a noted priority; if you have a pup that you want to receive 24/7 care, we can provide that. This is also why our rates may sometimes come with a premium (as much as any dog lover wishes she could just play with puppies all day for free), because our goal is to provide a premium service tailored especially to your family's needs.
